What not to write . . . for the Web

You've heard it—what not to wear, what not to eat. Find out what not to write for the Web. We'll explore obvious errors, common bad practices and just plain foolish ideas and turn them into something good. The best Web sites are not only about picking the right words—they use words, navigation, graphics and design to keep users coming back. This workshop will show you how to develop a critical eye that looks at the words and beyond them.
